I used pinks and purples out of the CS 88 matte Palette. Cute I think.

I got a new book today in the mail, "Le voyage d'Hector ou la recherche du bonheur" or in English "Hector and the search for happiness". I heard its a really good book.
Description:
Can we learn how to be happy? Hector is a successful young psychiatrist. He's very good at treating patients in real need of his help. But many people he sees have no health problems: they're just deeply dissatisfied with their lives. Hector can't do much for them, and it's beginning to depress him. Sounds great,right? One of the teachers I work with recommended it to me. I'm reading it in original language, which is french, just for the fun of it lol. Just kidding, I bought it in french so I can get used to speaking french again.

CS EOTD

What a grey and trist october day....oh wait a minute...it's may! It's so cold and nasty, I'm wearing a winter sweater. Besides watching Germany's next topmodel tonight, I have no other plans today. So I thought, hey time to experiment with my Coastal Scents 88 Palette.

Something of the day =)

Today is just BLAH. My mood is just like the weather. Grey, cold and rainy. What a great way to start the weekend. It's my day off and I'm walking around in sweatpants and an old shirt, thats why I'm NOT doing an OOTD lol. But I played with my coastal scents palette today. Since I just got it I still don't know what colors go with what, but I tried some more colorful stuff today and I think the results are kinda pretty. The colors are great. Also I tried cream liner for the first time, still need to get used to that. I always used liquid liner. So, let's call this EOTD, eventho I did not do my eyebrows, oops. Like I said, I was just messing around with the colors hehe.

On another note, our little princess Giuliana Luna is 1 month old today =) Now she weighs about 6,4lbs. Most of the weight is probably her hair =DIsn't she a doll?!? I love her. At H&M some lady seriously asked me if we went to the tanning salon with her because of her skin color! What the heck lol.

Happy Monday OOTD

Today, Im lazy. Its THAT time of the month and I feel like crap! Im always in terrible back pain eventho I take meds =( That sucks!

Diamond Ring - My Love♥

I absolutely love that diamond ring my husband gave me for our wedding in church. My engagement diamond ring was already stunning but this one is just beautiful! The diamonds are really clear and shiny! I love it, I never wanna take it off =) I get so many compliments on that ring! Good job my love hehe


So, as I said before, I love my new coastal scents palette! I did a neutral eye today, but the colors are really pretty! Unfortunatly, I'm not a pro in taking eye pictures to show off make up lol
But I think, you'll get the idea =D Eventho its just a mirror picture lol

For my eyes I used ArtDeko Base
ArtDeko Liquid Liner in black
L'Oreal Paris Extra Volume Collagen Mascara
and the CS 88 palette. I marked the shades I used with an X.

I took that picture at the end of the day, so I was wearing the make up for at least 6-7 hours already! Lasts pretty long on me!

my boy Diego on his beanbag, he loves that thing more than he loves MY bed! I guess thats a great success lol. But that is in deed a really comfy bean bag =)

Look what the postman brought!

I'm excited, my Coastal Scents 88 Color Eye Shadow Palette came in the mail today. I had ordered it about 3 weeks ago, but remember the ash cloud slowed down the mail. I was afraid one of the shadows was gonna crack during shipping, but the package was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, nothing cracked.
The whole palatte is very light-weight and portable.

The shadows are about dime size and there are so many vibrant colors to chose from!

Most of the colors are matte, but some of them are shimmery. The colors are really pigmented. I have not tried them on my eyes yet, but I just dapped the color my with my fingertip and applied it to my arm. I can't wait to use it, but I'm actually on a "Make up" break. Trying to figure out where that rash on my face is coming from! But I'll probably be trying out the shadows next week, so excited, there are so many colors to chose from!

But, the main reason for my excitement about the mailman was, the stroller +carseat for my niece that FINALLY arrived to Germany. I ordered it in the states and because of the size it took forever to get shipped, if I say forever I mean FOREVER! I was so scared it got lost. But luckily it came just in time, the baby is 3 weeks now and the weather is getting better.
I had ordered it as a gift from the hubby and I, but let my sister pick it out, since they only had neutral colors at the PX and my sister wanted a pink one, we had to order it. (And I find all the strollers they have in Germany really BOOORING!) Only the best for my niece.
I think we did a pretty good job, its not too pink, really decent but sooo cute! Its girly, but not over the top.

Now that we got the stroller, my sister and I can go on a much needed and deserved shopping spree =)
We will probably go to the Mall sometimes next week when its not so crowded. Sucks to get a parking spot on saturdays, its so crowded in there, shopping is not fun anymore. I'd rather go when no one is there =D
Time to indroduce my niece Giuliana Luna. Since I don't have any kids (YET), she's the most beautiful little girl in the world to me =) But she is so darn cute.

She was a little over 1 week old when I took that picture. Her hair is amazing =D Outfit of course by her proud aunt =) Gosh I love her!
